especially on the LDers space and a thread on the page where newly arrived LDers come to get their name on the list...

and the LDers have a bad enough press as it is in some quarters without giving them more ammunitions...

miss shy..serj.. i went onto your site first of all in a civilised manner and asked to be taken off the list that keeps sending postings to my conversation list..this request was totally ignored, then i asked you again not to keep sending these postings through to my space because i never asked for them and i don`t want them etc.. again i was totally ignored, then i sent a msg saying that if i got anymore i would do the same to you and see how you liked having unwanted posting.. again i was ignored.. so then i went and carried out my threat...why should you be able to get away with sending unwanted posting and
no-one else how many other people
get these postings that lead straight to your site.. at least if i want people to visit any of my sites i leave a number and let them decide for themselves.. i would say it is you two that need to grow up and start thinking about others..if someone came to me and said they had a problem with my postings i would do everything i could to put the situation right..would you??

hopefully this discussion will be carried on _outside_ the LDers space as there is no way manda and i are going to let an arguement develop on here...

Why are people still posting in this thread anyway?

it was what most would consider a dead thread but i managed to get on an send a posting which re-opened it i thought i could use it to have quiet chat with helen, Trish, and others basically a quiet place to come and think..have got somewhre else now so i don`t think i will bother with this one.....

if i had the chance i think i would go back and left it closed with the happy chats locked safely away in it...any chance of that Loup??

We could leave this one well alone and open up aother thread...start the friendly chats there?!

very difficult unfortunately and there is no dead threads on h2g2 some convos can be revived years later...

i will keep an eye and make sure that this thread stay as friendly as possible just in case... but if no-one mentions a certain incident anymore this thread should quickly go back to sleep...
