Yes,thats the one Prof.Very slow movements,it's calming and you feel so good afterwards.My teacher tells me doing 30mins Tai-Chi is the equivilent of a 2hr work out at the gym ! Hey thats a brilliant plan for a blockbuster film Prof.Can I have a lead part please ? I could take care of the flower shop ? You could be my wholesaler.You sell me a tiny Triffid,I go to work one day to find a MASSIVE Triffid,it eats me (so I never have to work again) THEN it begins it's rampage, killing all bad people ! no, it can't eat you, we have to spray them with sea water at the end, or we could house train them as guard Triffids,burgulars would go down a treat
