ah! cobwebs! yes! here goesthe theory goes, that if you collect enough cobwebs, to the size of a tennis ball, then when thrown at a thief etc, it would stick them up and stop them in their tracks,simular to spiderman.
The only problem is, letting go of the thing in the first place
