As my lot aren't playing today, I had a spare afternoon. So I took myself off to watch Sheffield Wednesday at the Withdean.

My god, I've never seen such a dire match!

The Brighton midfield was entirely absent, and I think they took the attack and the defence with them. The two goals that they gave away were so soft that even *I* could have scored them, and I never played football in my life.

The Pigs weren't much better mind you. There was zero communication amongst their players, such that every passing maneouvre broke down after about the second touch. The two goals that they got were flukes taken on the break. If they don't improve as a team, then they will be going down next season. This season they got lucky.

I was at work, instead of at The Ricoh watching Cov - its double time today, and I couldn't justify taking the time off, considering I've had 7 weeks off sick this year - gotta boost the pay cheque.

Typical. I see Healy has now scored for Leeds to make up for Hulse getting his goal on Saturday so I've guessed the scorers but in the wrong games.

So are we having a Week Sixteen this week? Please say yes, Mr Desk - I want a chance to catch up with riotact!

well, i'm punished for speaking badly of leeds, they stitched me up royally, not enough to do themselves much good but sure put a crimp in my score. they even took spite far enough to score an o.g. and of course reading went back into genghis khan mode against stoke, f.a. good that does me...

but all in all 8 points will keep the wolves away for another week, my bones aren't bleached yet!

Give the poor lad a chance he's just survived another car crash.

To be fair, the car crash happened in bed, so there are no permanent injuries.

It was a good week this week for the chasing pack - sevens, eights and nines abounded amongst these players. I wasn't such a good week if the chasing pack that you were in were chasing riotact at the top of the table, as these two only got fives and sixes. Thus a bit of a gap has opened up at the top of the table.

Well done to Demon Drawer and Master B, who came through by a point to win this week with a (by their standards (well Master B's anyway)) truly excellent 9 points
