yes, hati, the diet actually makes me feel better: i can see my feet again , i can even tie my own shoe laces and i can get out of bed without making a lot of failed attempts first

I haven't decided yet how, but I am going to be mean to it. I woke up with running nose and all that jazz and now I hear 9 sneezing and it all doesn't look too god.
And is a total mess. I actually even don't know what I am expected to write today. Why did I wake up at all?
But other than that it's a lovely day, the sun is shining, the birds are singing (well, okay, crows) and somebody's car alarm is on.
