Join.. please.. as llong as there is vodka there is ... (what was it..?? forgot).
[note: it seems that wodka does things to your pronounciation: with heavy wodka drinkers I observed the ll (or indeed the llll) in stead of l, and the v in stead of w.]

Oh yeah - wheneven there are visitor's, it's open. Even if they have to open it themselves... 
Speaking of that, the landlord is going on a trip - one of these RL ones that'll probably keep being online to a minimum. Baltimore & Toronto be warned
