I think it is quite a new model of compuer and so far I am v pleased with it. It has two batteries and with the extended one on it I think I shouod get about 8hours which is not that bad!
I think when you are away from home it is particularly important to be able to keep intouch with people and I certainly find email helps with this

I'm jealous. My battery only has two and a half hours to it. If I play a DVD or CD. It last a little more than an hour.

I have not tried it with a CD or DVD - mind you the player has a seperate power unit so I guess it uses quite a lot.
Mind you the whole computer will get a rest soon - we are off on two weeks holiday on Sunday

Thanks now I know where it's at Lass. Have Fun Light. By the way, have we been properly introduced. My name is Donald. I don't think I've ever knew your real name. Just your first name. Would that be your given name. You can tell me if you like when you get back.

We had an amazing time thanks Kid! The Maldieves are wonderful. We saw an amazing array of fish and sealife as well as having a very relaxing time.
I am sorry but I am not going to post my real name here - One of the things I like about hootoo is that it is easy to maintain privacy - while there are somethings I am OK to share here if I was to put any clues about my name then it would be possible for people to track me down in RL since there are quite a few clues.
How has life been treating you since we last posted?

Well I would'nt want to mess up your privacy. Light is cool. I'm not worried about anyone wanting to track me down.
Well as far as your question. Life has thrown some funny curve balls my way, but instead of it being bad, all has turned out for the better. I've lost my job on the rode YAY. Those guys were wack jobs, even the boss who I though was relatively reasonable was'nt. I'm now living in Tampa Florida. I'm working and doing better than I was in Memphis. I love the weather, and it's cool. I'm going to get another laptop here in a couple of weeks. I had to sell the other one back to my exboss so I would have the money to get out of Baltimore, I did'nt like the idea of staying upi there for the winter, seeing how it was already getting cold up there. Anyways I'll keep in touch with ya Missy.

Prince is one of my favorite performers from days gone by, but I haven't kept up with him.
