I've just updated the Top 10 books, by the way... that damn purveyor of swords and sorcery and rings and goblins is still in the lead.

hehe well Nirvana will move swiftly up the charts in the top ten CDs thanks to a recent list.

I'm gonna stop updating it after that, the chart I mean, if peeps wnat their list in I'll put it there, but the list takes too long

Yeah, I never realised counting all the votes would take so long! Do you have somewhere where you keep all the votes that aren't in the Top 10? I can always get Number Twelve to pop over with some dubious block voting...

I used a spread sheet to organise it into alphabetical order of band, but it's still hard

So, err... just out of interest, you understand... are any of the bands I picked on anything more than six votes?

hehe that list was as fixed as the one that didn't list anything other than A1...unfortuanately I didn't think lists of all one band wasn't fair so any of them were excluded

Me and my good old Ctrl+F key make that eleven votes for The Clash... actually, on a completely unrelated subject, can I change one of my choices please?

If possible, I'd like to drop Spearmint - great album, but most of it is nicked off other people and I'd rather go for source music than period music - and go for The Clash: Story of the Clash vol. 1 (Complete Control)?

Hey lady, I just like the Clash, that's all! I mean, there are some other bands I like and I voted for a few of them too... it's not as if I rigged it and voted for 'Essential Clash', 'The Clash - The Singles' and 'Story of the Clash: vol. 1' as well!

Mind you, with my changed vote I think that makes it 12 for the Clash. I've never liked Dire Straits anyway... the guitar solo on their debut single was pinched note for note from 'Another Girl Another Planet' by the Only Ones, which is one of my favourite songs...
