The Road to Town
Rev. Elijah Lovejello Posted Jun 11, 2002
*A horse rides up in the distance, but keeps away. It looks like there is a minister on it, who is not hiding from the posse but reluctant to ride up, especially since some of the posse shot at him.*

*three pugs drawing a little red wagon energe from the high grass. Seated in the wagon, Carmel mutters to herself...*
Dear me, I do hope at that sign "Albuquerque This Way" we weren't meant to turn right...Oh, I've found you. Goody. I managed to get myself turned around a bit trying to find a short cut so I could catch up with you. I must say I've had most trying time with that shooting gallery. I do so dislike complaining, I really do, but it would have been nice if they had provided a smaller shooting iron for those of us of lighter weight. Every time I fired that unpleasant thing I'd go flying ears over tail.
*holds up a squashed *
I think I ended up falling on it.
*The pugs snigger*

Carmel, is there anything I can get you? You look quite worn out.

[X] Sheesh, Carmel, you look like you've been through more in the past ... however long it was than the Hunters and I go through in a week!

Carmel Oh, no, I'm holding up quite well. I'm made with sturier poly-fiber fill than I appear.
*she rumages in the wagon, disgards her bonnet and replaces it with a huge "Hoss Cartwright" Stetson and places it on jauntily cocked back (so that she can see)*
In fact I do believe that I am on the verge of getting the hang of all this...er...pardners.

Amy the Ant - High Manzanilla of the Church of the Stuffed Olive Posted Jun 12, 2002
Hello everyone. This is just a flying visit - I'll have to go back and collect Styx.
I think you'll need Bonnie and Clyde and the coach to cross the prairie. If Amos doesn't turn up this afternoon, I'll talk to the horses but I'll need one of you to hitch them up. I'm too small.
Is that ?
*looks hopeful*
Are there connection problems across the pond?

Don't look at me! Which side of the pond are you on?

I'd entice them to let us pass with some of this tea, but it looks like they have some already.
