'Tis alright. I'm grumpy enough for both of us. I currently have a green-headed spot about 5mm into my left nostril. I can't burst it as my nose gets in the way. And it itches. If I try to scratch it at w*rk it looks like I'm picking my nose. And it's sore.

As far as smileys go, the most annoyed looking is the most useful for me. I get annoyed at almost everybody.

My name may be 'Cheerful' Dragon, but I was "allowed" to join P.U.D.D.I.N.G because I'm not relentlessly cheerful. Besides, somebody complained that there weren't any grumpy smilies and I'm pedant enough to *have to* put them right.

I'm not grumpy most of the time, but perhaps thats a good thing, as when I'm down , you really know about it. And the rest of the family might not appreciate living with a mardy cow all the time.

I can live with that.

I have yet to see anyone who is "ordered" to cheer up, even in the nicest possible way, actually do so. Perhaps it's a defence mechanism.

I have to say though, that Grump out thing in America sounds like the epitome of vomit inducing cheerfulness *shivers*. I'm so glad I have never been accosted by anyone with that attitude as yet. I would have no responsibility for my actions if anyone tried to make me wear a "grumpy hat".

I ,have in the past, been involved with groups who say that you should always be "up" and positive and don't hang arround with negative people.
This is a bunch of crap! Its also unhealthy. These people are gount to cause themselves a corinary (sp) someday. I'll be there to laugh when it does.

If there's one thing that makes me really grumpy it's people that can't spell 'coronary' and then have the brass neck to admit it.

Bad spelling and grammar on signs always gets me wound up. (although I have to admit, i'm hazy on the correct use of the apostrophe myself). But at least if I wrote something in a shop window
I would check it first.

Also, am I allowed to use the P.U.D.D.I.N.G badge on my PS?
