*one very large and loud explosion later* Why do you people keep trusting me with explosives after everything I've been responsible for?

}Sigh!{
*W/a look of semi-grim determination (a slim line for a mouth, perchance), Thorn sets to work assembling a new- new new new tearoom.*
[Note the scythe-rod having been m odified accordingly to fit that task, too... ]
"Hmm, perhaps it'd be better off if it were self-winding... huh"
*Removes skate-key after winding it*
"No need to get dizzy. Rotates very-slowly... Don't have to stir the tea-quite. Please don't ask how that works yet, as I aven't quite figured that one out entirely-myself, just yet."
*Shrugs*

The addition of an extraneous "n" to that second sentence would have resulted in odd looks and probably many laughs.

The New New Mechanical Tearoom (careful, some moving parts)
Thorn Posted Jul 17, 2006
[It is with a whir of some gears and an odd bit of a hiss from steam that the tearoom begins to sort it self outright, and sitting as it is poised in non altogether any sort of particular way at all really, except being propped up on a set of legs that have flexible joints...]
"Oh well... let's see, I'm not sure whether or not there should be any way to determine where this is supposed to go to. That's the bad part."

Thorn Posted Jul 17, 2006
*shrugs*
"The good news, I suppose is that the tearoom can stir the tea for you, by itself."
*Works on some ways to play about the novelty of the idea in various lights*

I would complain about your tearoom making Lil obsolete but she works for a new master now. But due to various tax laws, I can't tell you who.

Thorn Posted Jul 17, 2006
"Evil Claw, you want me to go and sew you back up or not? Instead of sitting there from an explosion... unless, you'd rather go an alternative route."
*Gets his spell book and consults it*
"Well, I could regenerate you..."
The New New Mechanical Tearoom
Thorn Posted Jul 17, 2006
*Thorn goes over the well turned pages before settling in on one that seems as though it might do the trick (what it describes on the page, that is)*
"Ok, so how many fingers am I holding up out in front of you a bit then?"
Hmm...
*tries it again*
"Don't ask me why I'm doing this. I may need some help figuring out how to get a steering mechanism set up in this thing, before it decides to off and amble along somewhere it shouldn't; maybe we could have it take on some , a few, er- one or two of the other rooms."
*shrugs*

I'm still bleeding? Huh.

Thorn Posted Jul 17, 2006
}Poof!{
How about now.
Oh no... It seems to have worked, but it may have dyed you blue.
*Holds up a small handmirror that has handles on the sides instead of a handle on an end*
The New New Mechanical Tearoom
Thorn Posted Jul 17, 2006
*Tries it again a different way*
"Now?"
}Poof!{
"...yet?"
}Paf!{
"How about... this time!"
}shazaam!{
"..."
[some time later]
"Now?"
*Looks real tired and like he is almost willing to give up*
