'Appen we were talking about meets a while back - a thought on possible drinking venue in town for your perusal. We were in Peveril of The Peak on Saturday night and it'd be reet grand to take over one of them little rooms with H2G2 Northern entities. Beers not bad either, cider's pretty standard though...

V&V seems like a novel drink for some of those round here, I think it'd be just a little too sweet for my liking and the cocktail twiglet on top wouldn't be favourable.

I tend to think of Sheffield side being nicer than Manchester side of the pass to be honest, much more open and countryside.

Well I live and grew up in Rochdale but went to uni in Sheffield

Sheffield was more fun but That was biased due to student stuff.
