2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Posted Jan 19, 2005
I don't seem to be on here as late as I used to, I normally read for a few hours before bed now hot that I often get into bed before 2 AM, and even then it takes an hour or more most of the time before I fall asleep
more than four hours a night and I'm normally alright, and I will kick in a six hour slog through evey now and then, which is balanced by the ocasional week or so at one or two or zero hours a night
most I've done without sleep was three days, and I felt pretty tired after that
its when I do* get sleep that I tend to feel the most tired all the time
need alcohol

I'm sure that it is, yes
Though there is a strict dress code - blue and white stripy tops are frowned upon

Cos I'm half Scouse, lived in Manchester for a couple of years and Accrington for another, and spent those three years turning out such northern staples as treacle toffee, cinder toffee, winter nips, and brown candy, and was on the verge of moving to Blackpool to go and make Blackpool rock before I headed off back to London.

Where are you now? Do you ever get to come back North?

I've been in Austin since September '99 and have been back to the UK once - for two weeks last November. Even got to visit the Towers and meet the Italics
I didn't get a chance to visit old haunts in Lancashire on that occasion, and I don't even know anyone from my time there any more. Either I've lost touch with them or they've moved away. Well... it was 25 years ago you know, and I'm sure that one or two of the older people I knew will have passed on by now.
