With all due respect to the excellent Dinsdale Piranha, I strongly feel that http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/A417142 is Far Too Short so propose this expanded version.

What HooToo needs is a musical interface.

The most brilliant one I remember is the Mozart Horn Concerto, especially where it goes:
I lost my horn,
Lost my horn,
Found my horn
gawn.

Somebody else will say it if I don't, but there seems to be no mention of Swann's Collaboration with Tolkien on the Road Goes Ever On song cycle.
Otherwise, top stuff.

Great work. I was sure that the earlier article was longer than that, but you're right; the subjects definitely deserve a better coverage, and this is a superb offering. Well done.
Did you know, by the way, that a CD Box set is now available, including both Hat recordings and the Bestiary, plus some additional material. The Bestiary has about half-to-three-quarters of an hour of 'Extiary'. It bills itself as 'The Complete Flanders & Swann', although I think there are a few bits and pieces missing.

Hi Just zis Guy, this entry is in the Update process as we speak.
I submitted it to the Towers for an update a while back and I haven't heard anything yet. But I'm really hoping that this will be processed before this entry is ready for picking by a Scout.
I'll check on the Update's status and get back with you...

But Anna says 'if anyone wants to write in more detail about the songs, for example, that would be super.'

OK, now it's updated, does this mean it can be picked again or will it automatically appear on the front page?

J Posted Jun 17, 2003
Indeed
It's already updated and edited at A417142 so perhaps this could be taken out of PR ?

Hopefully guy will be along shortly. He didn't see it updated, as he hasn't been around for four days, so it's not a problem yet
