Given that we've seen Amy described in one of those links as a pilot, it's actually her who takes the TARDIS back and picks up Young Amy, like we saw in The Eleventh Hour. She doesn't remember it because "time can be rewritten" - something we've heard repeatedly this series.

Maybe she was the one to teach River how to fly the TARDIS...

It's possible. I've had a though about Gillian Anderson supposed appearance - if you were inclined to mishear things then "Gillan... er... Karen" could could sound vaguely like Gillian Anderson. Ish.
