Ministry for Slutty Housekeepers
Hypatia Posted Nov 13, 2005
And who said our administration wouldn't make a difference in the everyday lives of normal people? I am so proud. Brings a tear to my eye just thinking about it.

*walks into office after a long absence - takes one look at the dust and cobwebs - switches on coffee machine and puts her feet up with a good book.
I really must get around to putting away those Christmas cards and decorations

*peeks in to make sure no one is ironing anything - especially jeans*

- the very thought.
Think I'm going to have to put on my Ministerial Hat and deal with this new threat.....

A woman who nags you, by e-mail, to do your housework. There really should be a law against it, forthwith

That is just WRONG! Even the thought gives me a headache.
Who are these people? Are they from a different planet or something?

*wanders in opening some letters. The empty envelopes are abandonded on any available surface once the contents have been examined*
Bit dusty in here! Jolly good...
*sets down with an inch left in the bottom and wanders out again*

I got sucked into that -- those dust-bossies messed up my Yahoo calendar, they did, with a huge list of all their nags EVERY DAY on all the pages of it! Little did they know, nag me and I'll never do it!
Would Fly-lady-paper stop them?

It boggles the mind, doesn't it SC? Some people have way to much time on their hands.

Hey, has anyone seen the dog? I think he's got caught in a laundry slide (like a landslide, but it wiffs more).

Two Lebanon's a world apart. We also have a Versailles in Missouri. Not far from Lebanon.
Lebanon, Missouri and hmh are just 2 hours away from me, which makes her the closest researcher to me. B4 used to be, but he has scarpered off again, which left Lady C in central Kansas and broelean in St. Louis as the closest.

besides, keep the other more unwelcome bugs under control without polluting your nice comfy environment with neurotoxins

Thank you very much! I really like this place, the people are so friendly. Do you suppose the dog got out? Be careful, she's very smart and could be inventing a new game outside that involves opening some sort of container or removing a plant from a pot.
Better go check. Good thing I din't want to do any housekeeping. Forget about the dog, I can't find my vacuum
Oh no, there it is under that pile of fabric I've been going through trying to pick out stuff for the quilt I've dreamed up.
