What about links to sites or pages that contain some non-English languages, but also contain some English language? This might include EU pages, or the personal pages of a bilingual person, for example.

As always, we'll take each case on its own merits.
But any site with an English version of the non-English pages would be ok.

Errr... Will there be an official announcement for this amendment of the rules?
And if so could we have a line like "This clarification was brought about by the heroic bickering of the SBVM." and not a line like "this further reason for moderation was brought to you by the SBVM."?
