No not really. I've had a time period where I didn't need to go to bed so didn't. Hence the body clock switches round further and further.
You must remember what I was like with going to bed whilst we were in Tenerife? Similar situation

I never quite got the hang of your sleeping patterns to be honnest - they are even more wierd to me than my own

If it is another of your 'middle of the night' starts tomorrow morning I suppose you'll be wanting to go to bed pretty soon. So I'll say goodnight and hope to see you around the site at the weekend maybe.

Enjoy work? Not right now no.
I spent the two days in the office last week up to my eyeballs in stuff, making the job ready to hand over to the new guy on Monday. I'm planning on going back in this afternoon (a Sunday - ) to finish off

I hope they appreciate you and that the new guy understands the work you have put in to help him
Still if he starts at least it should all become more manageable
My work is toally manic too - but then again thats noting unusual - just a abit of a shock to the system after a week or so of taking it easy!
Did you get to see the yesterday?

No I didn't bother. It was only against Cheltenham who are a division or so lower and can't win a game for toffee. I knew that it would come out as an easy home win.
The game I want to go and see is the Semi-Final against Liverpool this Wednesday, but I can't get a ticket. They opened sales up to season ticket holders in the days just before New Year. But what they did was to allow these ticket holders to buy extra tickets for friends and family. The net result was that the whole lot went. Now I'm sure that there are plenty of tickets circulating the pubs of Sheffield, but at 250 miles distance that isn't much help to me
Ho, hum... Another night in the pub I suppose.

Sorry that you dont have a ticket yet - but that would be one heck of a trip for a Wednesday evening!
Still the night in the pub is always good!

Yes it is a long way. The trip is only do able if you take the afternoon off to get there as kick off is usually around 8pm.
I'll be doing a trip on Friday 17th up to Sheffield as that is the home game against Wednesday. I'm thinking about making a whole day of it and going up in the morning, as it is ages since I've had time to wander around the city to see how it has changed. I do miss it so.

Sounds like a good plan!
I really must find time to go to many of the places I have enjoyed visiting again soon! I have not been back to Cardiff for the longest time and its been well over a year and a half since I was in Scotland

Tes, how are things in Scotland? I'm surprised you havn't gone up there yet. It was the one trip that you seemed to mention every time I saw you, so I sort of assumed you'ld be making it PDQ now that you're not coming to Brighton anymore.

Things are well there I believe
Except for the situation in the Gulf meaning a probable impending tour of duty for one of them
I would love to be able to just go to Scotland but life is never that simple. As you may also recall the flights I used to get dont happen any more and were from Gatwick anyway, and it costs far to much from Brum. Time is also still a majoy constraint. Just coz I dont come to Brighton doesent mean I suddenly have all this time available

GreyDesk Posted Jan 5, 2003
Well I did ask if it could be arranged for the to spin a little more slowly in the future to give you an extra couple of hours in the day. Sadly they said no
Good to hear that things seem to be OK up North. Even if a tour of duty in the Gulf looks imminent, that shouldn't be too much of a problem as the Iraqis couldn't hit the broadside of a bus at twenty paces!

Thanks for looking into it for me!
Being as what he does he would probably be in a plane not a But yes its good to know! It also probably means he would be back before the twins arrive which is even better news.
I am actually trying to find an effective method of getting up there so I can visit while he is away as thats when company is most appreciated although T is perminantly shattered

Hmmm... It would only take a short diversion and quick return trip. And Tornados do come with two seats in them
Key: Complain about this post
