Oh I didn't realise that you'd posted yourself to the link just as I copied it - took me a while to find it you see as I'm not subscibed anymore.
What I was trying to say was, if you want to tell Ormy / the world that we aren't a couple in a new journal then please be my guest. I can't see that I will be upset about anything you may or may not write. I think that you got unlucky with the post number for your update on the journal as it was the last one on the page, and then Tonto (was it Tonto) comes in and starts the new page with a message that to me indicates that he hadn't read what you has written. Ho hum...
I've thought about writing a journal of my own on the subject. But my feelings haven't settled down sufficiently for me to be sure of what I want to say, so I've held off so far.

I dont know what I really think either - to be honnest what happened is not really anyone elses business than ours. As you know I was reluctant to do a journal in the first place and doing another feels even less right
I really am sorry I hurt you so much - you know thats not what I wanted dont you?

Well can I suggest you post again to that journal just so that everyone knows the state of play and we avoid embarrassing situations when folk don't realise. Then delete the journal from your space. Don't worry that won't kill the whole thing as you are still subscribed to the thread.
I thought you were OK with doing that original journal. To be honest I can't fully recall the conversations around putting it up. I think it was something to do with Abi and her hints in my "F*** Me etc" journal. Sorry if it felt that I pushed you into it or something.
What I *have* done is told AGB about us and asked for her bloody h2g2 romances page to be updated. To her credit she did so pretty much straight away.
Now of course I know you didn't want to hurt me. It is just that hurting me was going to be the inevitable outcome of ending the relationship. There wasn't anything either of us could do about that, so I don't accuse you or blame you for anything. However it does still hurt bad and will do for a while yet.

Well only after I got home and started playing on the 'puter.
Prior to that the evening was someyhing of a disaster. It was one of those parties that isn't a party, there being not enough of anything to make into a party. It was a bunch of people hanging around in a space. Not fun Last year was better.

No I was pressganged by one guy I knew from the Worthing days to go to party he had been pressganged into going to. He is well embarrassed by it now.

There is no answer to that, save to say, if you ever feel like upgrading that mattress you can always chuck the old one in my direction...

Not much chance of that - its by far the most comfortable of the beds I sleep in - its just a shame I dont get to sleep in it more often
