I have Dutch and British nationality, speak Dutch, visit Holland atleast once a year. Do I qualify?
Oh, and I live in a country that used to share kings with Holland.

I don't see why not, although at least one of those kings was the start of a lot of troubles for many people in the not-england parts of britain

Having been press ganged by Shazz I thought I would pop in and introduce myself. I are Steve a, mumble mumble year old Englishman, who hails originally from Yorkshire. I have been over here for nearly one and a half years and speak heel klein beetje Nederlands en heel slecht. (I copied that from a book).
