understand of course that dead people's weapons are almost always in a terrible state of disrepair, might be cursed and are virtually worthless as wearable armor to most people, but that's just common sense ...

(just kidding). I forget the specifics but there is a look to some kinds of, say, I think it was "certain 'brushed' steel" kind of thing. Can be done w/other metal too, but that's the best/only example that I can really think of @ the moment.
