Unable to donate as i was born in Africa and since then have also spent some time in Tanzania. Therefore i am at risk of carrying malaria so i can't give. I turned up to give blood one day, braved the needles and the awful sterile conditions, i waited round for an hour and then they told me that they couldn't accept my blood, they did give me a cup of tea and some crisps though.

Unable to give blood because...well, apparently my blood vessels are too thin, so when I went to give blood the nurse tried for twenty minutes and then told me that drawing my blood would be more trouble than it's worth.
