Saturn Girl starts reshaping the 'verse like it's putty. Planets suddenly are shaped like rubber piggies, bees are horrible beasts of destruction, and everyone speaks a little Chinese.
Also, in the alternate universe where Saturn Girl is a mortal, there is suddenly a magical mystery well paying job awaiting her when she wakes up in the morning.
