**goes through her calendar again**
Definitely can't do this weekend
Definitely can't do the 11th (6 monthaversary, I have girlfriend duties to fulfill)
Probably couldn't do the 18th (it's his birthday on the 19th, but he'll be w**king on the Sunday )
Other days I could probably swing, I'll just have to make up for it

Duties tanzen? I hope it's not *that* much of a chore!
Unlike organising meets So... this weekend is out, the following weekend is out, the weekend after is probably no good (though if anyone can make it on the weekend of the 18/19, feel free to speak up...) so are we left to look at weeknights? Or two meets? Let me make bold to make a suggestion - how about, say a Thursday afternoon/evening meet, which will rule out *too* much drunken debauchery, but will hopefully allow more people to actually make it to the meet. Shall we say, Thursday 16th December from 2pm to 10pm or so? Anyone at all able to make it then?

Girlfriend duties are not my forte, so it's probably more of a chore for me than it would be for normal people
I would be able to make it on a weeknight, but it would be after w**k, so after 5, depending on whereabouts we decided on

I haven't got my roster yet, but even if I were working I could be there from after 5 - sounds ok to me.

Well, we have our Christmas luncheon here in the offices on the 16th...... but I could probably get there after wo*k (sometime after 5).

Thursday 16 I can't make it, we have our w**k Christmas dinner...The Friday looks a little suspicious, but I could probably sneak down for a little while

ER couldn't make it on the Friday... but I think Thursday still works out okay, more or less... if the under18s can make it in the afternoon (maybe not start until 3-4?) and the over-18s can't make it until after work, I'm sure it'll be fine, there'll be some overlap, and I'll be there for the whole thing... so shall we say Thursday the 16th, starting at 4 in a park/cafe/etc. depending on the weather, and then maybe moving to a pub/elsewhere come 7 or so for those arriving later? The location will be somewhere easily accessible by public transport - if everyone agrees on the date, or even if they don't send me an email at Scribe_au at yahoo dot co dot uk (*not* .com) and I'll send out details from there
