I still wear jumpers, jackets and jeans everywhere and only occasionally regret it. (I have a lovely spaghetti-strapped sundress that hasn't seen daylight since the late '80s. $&%%%$*^& You lucky Aussies! We've got the second sunny day for goodness knows how long,and it's *just* warm enough for a dress, and I was able to wear a thick jacket yesterday, while walking miles. *We* aren't having summer, no matter what youse guys are experiencing!!!
