I see, so now I am not allowed to (in all innocence) hug and kiss friends goodbye? Is this a totalitarian state I am residing in?
As to undiciplined, what gave you the impression i was undisciplined. Could you please cite some examples.

As to the point of self-control, I could be had-up for a lot worse if I didn't exercise a modicum of self control. So my self control should not be called in to question. I might add that there were a vast number of people who hugged and kissed many other researchers on the evening in question, yet they are not being branded a Tart and had up on rather spurious charges. Yes, Ms Prosecutor, even you yourself were observed hugging and kissing on that very same evening.
Please give me examples of people who were offended by my alleged actions.

*whispers to no one in particular*
Well, he never hugged or kissed me. Maybe it's 'cause I'm a guy. Maybe it's 'cause I wasn't there...

*pompous* but I am not the one on trial. My actions are therefore of no interest to anybody in this courtroom.
It has been reported to me that you tasted bitter or acrid when kissing. And you were in a built up area.
The charge of being a tart in a built up area stands.
Over to M'lud, who appears to be offline. You'd better get off to the cells for the night. Hop to it!

*gives the defendant hints and says that a) being tart is a purely subjective thing, and b) tart technically means "Having a sharp pungent taste", so he'd need to have been pungeant, and c) the etymology of the word derives from middle english "severe", so he needs to be severe too, which he can't be if he was being liberal with hugs and kisses. *

[sea] your honor, m'lady, i'd just like to point out that i have spoken with B-17 upon many occasions, and i have found that his behavior on the night in question is fully congruous with his behavior in those conversations, as well as everywhere on h2g2. thus, it makes no sense to persecute him for acting that way IRL if you haven't previously reprimanded said behavior.
*having said her piece, sea sits down and is unable to further take part in the trial due to impending isolation elsewhere on h2g2*

*wonders if that note being blatantly passed around the gallery is at all important to the prosecution and thinks about calling the greatest lurker in the world as a witness*
