Sounds good to me - I love the taste of coconut and lemongrass - we are going for a Thai meal at one of myfave resturants tonight and I am really looking forward to it

That sounds good too but I am still way too full from the meal last night to contemplate more food! We had a fab time and laughed lots - it was a job to stop my mascara running!

I think it would be about a 3 hour drive - but then again distance is relative!
My folks live about an hour from there and I have an Aunt who used to live there ...

It's the week of September 18th.. we fly in that morning.. I'm not sure what is going on during that week but I'll ask PC tonight if he has a full schedule of our free time.

That could be good timing! Its the week after I will have been in Portugal with work - that means that at the moment my schedule is pretty flexible but that is likely to change over the next week or so please let me know when you can If we can make it work it would be fab to meet up

Oh I agree! PC is in NYC right now but when he calls tonight I'll ask him if he can send me a schedule of that week. I know for a fact that at least one of the days there I'll be left to my own devices.
