I told Mari-Rae I was going with her. I want to make sure she has changed out of her seaweed first. You go ahead we will catch up later.

*Comes running up wearing a long broomstick skirt with her tee, and carrying a large straw tote bag that is embroidered with straw flowers and seashells. Has her tie-dyed eyepatch on.*
Hi! Sorry to keep you waiting, Shagbark! Look! I have a can of ParrotKill aerosol spray in my tote! Just in case!

*Scrambles down into the longboat and they shove off for shore. She enjoys watching the sailor's muscles ripple as he rows them across. ... Then!! she spots Flynt high above them and also headed for Madeira.*
There's that no good Parrot now! That bird better not come anywhere close to me, or its bye bye birdie!!!

Now if you'd anticipated that you would have saturated the hat with something before you put it on(like arsenic) so he would get it in his beak when he snatched it. But don't let Pierce know. He loves that miscievous old bird.

shagbark helps mary rae out of the longboat.
Anyway don't worry about the hat. I'll buy you another one
Now where do you suppose we should have lunch?

Lunch?!!
Since we are in Madeira, do you think some Mediterrean cuisine would be appropriate? or Spanish? or Portugese? As long as they offer wine!!
That Parrot!!
*Stops at a tourist shop and buys a baseball cap with a rotating propeller on the top.*
