what you do is put some leaves or twigs of the myrte in 40 % pure (unspiced) schnapps (korn/akvavit) and leave it there for about a fortnight. it is good with marinated smiley - fish on rye bread - and don't forget the smiley - ale ! (as if you guys ever would smiley - winkeye )
