Hallo, everybody... I am wanting to close down my own brewery, but I do want to go on brewing... Do you mind if I just join in the fun here? Where´s the boss of this place?

does anyone of you know how to make a proper bog myrtle (or sweet gale - according to my dictionary they are the same) schnaps?

according to my dictionary the german word is gagelstrauch or heidemyrte

googled for pictures of myrte... so you can make some stuff from that???

what you do is put some leaves or twigs of the myrte in 40 % pure (unspiced) schnapps (korn/akvavit) and leave it there for about a fortnight. it is good with marinated 
on rye bread - and don't forget the 
! (as if you guys ever would 
)

By the way, Pierce, I´ve been brewing a "Dunkeles Hefeweizen" this time... it´s really going to be good... not as much hops as in the stuff I braught to Esbjerg
