I'm kind of surprised that we got parked without losing any anchors this time.

Sure, the natives would *understand* a giant Cutlass (Oldsmobile sells enough of them), but they might laugh us off the island for driving such a gas-guzzler.

somebody might want to let Paul know- Oldsmobile died. t no longer sells anything. General Motors still lives(barely) but it no longer sells cutlasses.

engage the position-stabilizer in order to keep the ship exactly where it is, come hell or high water

::returns from the island just in time to see flint leave the bridge::
there you are! thought i'd recognized you in the town's square
oh well, seems we're in for a few pranks again. somebody'd better warn mari-rae
anyway, let's heave up that anchor of ours and set sail again. we'd better round the cape and sail through the suez canal before spring reaches the greek islands and we have a few visits to pay on the way so let's do like the hockey players
let's get the puck out of here

420 kilograms, Captain!
There! Now we've weighed anchor, we can set sail. Which way is the Suez Canal from here?

you'd better not let flint hear that, paul. he is very touchy on the subject of his origin
primarily because noone knows anything about it, himself included
we should head more or less towards southeast, navigator
that's over there, if i'm not very much mistaken

shagbark walks over picks up bottle and drains it. he then puts empty bottle on other corner of chart table. Let's see what kes does with that

Kes Posted Jan 31, 2006
Could we sail through this bit instead?
*Points at area on chart which says "Here be barmaids"*
