Floating Voters Question Time
coelacanth Started conversation Sep 10, 2005
If you're a floating voter, ask a question.
If you're a candidate, answer it and help us to make up our mind.

Do you have a question, coelacanth? Hypatia Incorporated would be more than happy to supply the correct answer.

Do the candidates believe in the existence of The Flying Spaghetti Monster (Praise His Noodly Appendages)?

Wel, in essence a question from our perspective with a very simple 'yes' answer.
To expound on that, the Monster Raving badger party believes whole heartidly in the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
Furthermore, our candidate, 2legs, has himself been touched by teh nooddly appendage of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

I'd have to ask my candidate, the heavenly Hypatia, but I for one do very much believe in the Flying Spaghetti Monster's existence. I keep up with him through boingboing.net
Much, much more likely to exist than that silly nighthoover hoax.

Again, I'd have to confer with my candidate, but my position is in preference of Ardisia paniculata The obvious choice to me.

An important consideration. I should make it clear that I will not object to a candidate registering his or her liking for bovril, cocoa, warm milk or any other hot drink.

Bagpuss I am currently sipping vanilla chai latte. This morning I had a pot of English Breakfast Tea. Or are you asking about brands? We probably have different brands. I buy Twinings, Bigelow and for iced tea in the summer, Tetley.
I am not responding to Happy Dude because we have already discussed those issues elsewhere. But I do have a photo of the Flying Spaghetti Monster in my wallet.

I dont know Bigelow tea, but other than that there's no translation problems. A most comprehensive and interesting answer. I think I told you before about my bad experience with English breakfast tea, but I won't hold it against you.

Happy Dude, I am going to be totally honest with you, as all candidates should be. I have never tasted bovril. So I cannot offer an informed opinion.
And I have never involked the Fifth amendment and as your president will endeavor to avoid situations that would make such a move necessary.
I like English Breakfast Tea better than Irish Breakfast tea. I am trying to learn to like green tea as it is so healthy. And Bigelow makes Earl Grey for the American market. In winter I do enjoy a cup of Earl Grey and a good book on snowy evenings.
