1, 2, and 3...
What is there to say? Art is art. We need to respect art and appriciate it. Even if a certain piece doesn't "move" you or appeal to you, it may move and appeal to someone else. Each of the formentioned artists are/were doing something different and interesting, whether or not you or I were "touched" or impressed by them.
peace.

1) Comment on Michelangelo's frescos on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
Kind of hard to comment while on them, being as they're on the ceiling, isn't it?
2) Comment on Roy Lichtenstein's gigantic comic book canvases.
This one would be easier. In fact, I can not only comment on them, I can sleep on them!
3) Comment on Andy Warhol's repetitions of Campbel's soup cans.
I believe that they are rather like my wit. Not really a good idea in the first place but repeated to the point of ubsurdity. And on that note, I could comment on them, but I think the museum currators would probably be upset.

1) Comment on Michelangelo's frescos on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
Frescos always nice, especially in a tall glass with ice.
2) Comment on Roy Lichtenstein's gigantic comic book canvases.
Can something be a comic book and a canvas at the same time?
3) Comment on Andy Warhol's repetitions of Campbel's soup cans.
Mm-mm good!
