I last posted on this thread: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/alabaster/F59184?thread=3780144&latest=1 Well, the bad news is that a combination of bad weather, several MS relapses and too many 'naughties' caused my weight to yo-yo. I ended the year at the same weight as I started. I didn't write it down before, so here it is: 12 stone 4lb or 172lb for those who don't use stones. If you think in kilos, I'm afraid you'll have to work it out for yourself. Hubby and I have agreed to cut 'naughties' completely - no biscuits, cakes, chocolate, or crisps. We will only have the occasional take-away. Food will be cooked at home as much as possible, and we'll have more healthy stuff. Currently I'm 12 stone 2lb, so I guess it's working. I don't have a target date to work towards, which may be just as well. Hubby reckons any weight we lose will be a good thing. My target weight is still the same as it was: 9 stone 12lb (or 138lb). I don't care when I get there, just as long as I don't put more weight on.

September 92.2kg

January 85.5kg

All I've done so far was to reduce portion sizes and stop snacking.

Near-pneumonia over Christmas didn't add any pounds either.
