Sad, Mad or Bad? - I always wanted to be a dino, but alas, I'm just old. Posted Jan 14, 2001
OK thanks.
Lucinda, I'm not really surprised you don't get the reference, and I can remove it if it's appropriate to do so, but it's a line from a song by Morris Major and the Minors (who also wrote 'Stutter Rap') called 'Another Boring B-side'.
And as for the rest, I'll take that on board and get to it when I've a moment. Thanks

Actually, I can't even find them on an Altavista search They were REALLY one hit wonders. That song was on the B-side of their hit. So, should I just remove the reference and leave the 'And there's no line here', you think? I suppose it's a bit confusing for anyone who doesn't know that song (probably everyone in the world but me )
And I guess I could remove the 'Pride and Prejudice' quote too if need be. It's really not essential to the piece; just I liked it as an intro to the whole thing. Maybe I could paraphrase the meaning of the thing.

The scary thing, is I just did a google search, and only turned up one reference.
It was my bad poetry entry.

OK, once again I've updated it, changing the introduction completely, and adding the Clerihew. I haven't touched on rhyming couplets because I'm wondering if it's getting really long as it is.
Also, why is my text at the top small? (I noticed it every time I used tables, but in this version, have changed all the tables (except the top one which contains the picture (which I guess is optional, since if it DID get editted, I suppose they'd do another picture for it (?))) to blockquotes) Is there anything I can do about this?
Finally, on reading the article on Clerihews, there's not a lot more I can say about them without in essence regurgitating the entry; so I haven't gone into the nitty-gritty of them. Is that enough of an explanation, do you think? The link's there, after all.
Thanks guys for all your feedback
