I can post today
Hi Scrag and welcome
Am sorry thorny you had a bad day what is Ash trying to encourage you to say
Flakey are the ferrets in shock or are they still about their shaven bits !
ME
Ash Posted Oct 21, 2005
I think they're probably still in shock....
When they get over it everyone in Flakey's family had better protect their tender bits....

flakey-lady.... you lookin' at me punk? Posted Oct 21, 2005
you soft bunch.... i'm just waiting for you all to hammer at my door with pitchforks and flaming torches..... i know it appears harsh in our eyes but blade and bandit hold no malice..bless em.. and at least come nxt april [ferret season time] they won't be throwing themselves passionately on my new fluffy boots...
hello new poster...how are you and where are you from? we have quite a mix mash here..an englishman, scottish lady, welsh lady and a californian young man..
absolutely peeing down here in wales...had to walk home in it from daughters school halloween disco...new fluffy boots got soaked....
darn it i got a cold sore its a really nasty one..stings like mad, am applying soothelip..but its still throbbing away..what is it with my mouth area lately??

Hi all
it has been raining here all day but it wasn't cold or windy and I enjoyed a nice peaceful walk earlier, all the nice Autumn colours looked muted in the rain
Shame about your fluffy new boots getting all wet Flakey, and I have a mental picture of your ferrets trying to mate with your boots now at least your boots have been saved from that particular fate
A cold sore ouch can be nasty to heal,Zirvirax is good if you can put it on before it breaks out.You have to catch it at the first tingle Flakey

I have had chicken pox... (and look forward with trepidation to a bout of shingles at some stage) but happily I have been able to avoid all the other forms of herpes....
Of course the only real way to avoid such a thing is to practice abstinance, kiss people while wearing a latex balaclava and lip guards of some kind...
I find that takes most of the fun out of life though....
(though of course if one was so inclined.....)
Anyway, new video of the geese.....
Errrm... This is the wrong thread to mention that isn't it?
Regardless, I have recently won horrendous amounts of beer and will be hosting (at somone elses place) a bring a bottle and tattoo party.
All those that can make it are welcome to come...(as long as they bring a bottle of summat)..... All those that can't...Errm,,,aren't.

Kissing is such an enjoyable pastime am sure Flakey is missing it
It hasn't stopped raining and the forecast looks a bit dismal
The clocks go back next weekend
Ash did you mention a new Geese video ,will it make me even more upset at their inevitable fate *gulp* tries to be
ME
Ash Posted Oct 23, 2005
Obviously it won't because I can't post it for some reason....
I will get there in the end .... And two of them may survive....
This morning he said how wonderful the geese were....
Then about 2 mins later he said how awful they were, I haven't a clue what's going on....
ME
xxxxxxxxxxxx Posted Oct 23, 2005
Ash they are wonderful ,tell your Dad there is a strange woman on the internet whose heart will be broken if ...well I can't say it

Thorn Posted Oct 23, 2005
Geese,-It's raining, neuterted ferrets,-cold-sores, ...
There's been quite a bit going on lately.
Called my mom's bluff (of sorts) and went to a school dance by myself again (as usual). Whatever. .

It was the homecoming game. & our team got whupped by Hawaii @ the last quarter.

Ash Posted Oct 23, 2005
Have you tried talking to girls who's company you enjoy and with whom you share a similar interest Thorny?
WildA you want a Xmas goose then?
I would hazard a guess that you could get one from the local butchers cheaper, you never know they may be free range too....
Flakey.... I know Blade and Blaze won't notice the loss, or if they did they wouldn't indicate it to you... Life goes on...
I've seen birds with broken legs, the bone sticking from their knees... They put up with it, it's either that or die.

Yep. Have. t'is easier said than done, I'm afraid. @ the very least the small talk & joking thing is way past easy now/I think I'm starting to get good at that part. the important thing is to somehow ask them about them, right?
Too much homework still, Gah!
-Thorn
By the way, did I go & mention that my left ear has a "Darwin's point" on it? Between that and being left-handed, (let alone having a great many strange/ opinions, I probably would've been burnt @ the stake in an earlier era. s nervously.

flakey-lady.... you lookin' at me punk? Posted Oct 23, 2005
whats a darwins ear? something like mr spock? school dances and halloween discos..........
raining cats and dogs here too.. ok yesterday strangely... but torrential today.. could even hear it on the roof in work and its a very very high ceiling.... yeah had to work today.. the lads as usual a bit worse for the wear, and i wasn't feeling brilliant either.
the ferret boys are fine..starting to calm down.. we've just had the big moult from our big hairy dog... he shaves her with dog clippers to keep the hair loss down, but last 3 weeks shes lost loads my dyson really does earn its keep...i think most of its off now..phew.
take my advice folks, don't ever get a long haired dog....
cold sore is less swollen today...never had an outbreak till i was 30.. and luckily never had it down below, although it can be transferred so extra care must be taken sorry to hear you've had chicken pox ash.. hopefully it won't develpo shingles as that is very nasty.

Thorn Posted Oct 25, 2005
Is it still raining over there?
Not much rain here...except for a bit this morning.
Mainly mist & sometimes fog during the fall here,-I think.
ME
xxxxxxxxxxxx Posted Oct 25, 2005
It wasn't so bad here today, think the forecast is really bad for Thursday
Hey Thorny what do you do at thanksgiving? just curious
Flakey a swollen coldsore sounds sore
ME
Ash Posted Oct 25, 2005
I'm still worried about the mildness of the weather, we've had a bit of rain here but we still haven't had a frost, the trees have only just started turning autumnal....
ME
flakey-lady.... you lookin' at me punk? Posted Oct 25, 2005
weather nice and dry most of the morning..dared to venture to shops at lunchtime and it hammered down..luckily we had our trusty brollys..
i'll have a full house tommorrow as my 2 older girls are coming round plus granddaughter.... eldest does my hair colour for me... hide the grey i wouldn't mind going grey totally, especially if i enhance it a bit..platinum grey or i'd even like to grow my temple grey streaks out into the rest of the hair...
him out doors is against it, says my face is too young to go grey.... he can say the nicest things sometimes... but its on the cards one day a few more years maybe...
no frosts here either ash.. lots of rain and windy weather. apparently in 20 years time the spanish will holiday here as their climate will be too hot, and we will be similar to the spanish climate... we'll have the palm trees too i reckon, as more and more gardens have types of palm growing...
best advice to thorny is to really seem interested in whatever a girl is saying..[and that could be very hard] but a good listener is a great asset...
anyway night all
