They say smiley - dontpanic are the most reasuring words you will hear, but I don't belive it. I've been told smiley - dontpanic lots of times but it has never worked, but mabie that's just me. Or is it true! Your veiws count, mind you this is going to turn into a survey isn't it??!!

Yeah, I've found it can be reassuring or totally irritating. Like being told to calm down when something's buigging the wits out of you, it can make it worse.

Through yoga and meditation.... I learnt that when I tried meditation, my freind tried yoga, you get taught how to balance out your fellings and not to panic.

Yes, it is also used as anger management as it relaxes you without the use of chemicals!!!
