Royal Proclamation
King Cthulhu of Balwyniti Started conversation Dec 5, 2003
I, King Cthulhu of Balwyniti, hereby decree that something absolutely spiffy and downright froody will shortly happen in the Kingdom of Balwyniti. If any of my subjects have any ideas which they would like to see brought to fruition, they are hereby invited to detail them below and they shall be taken into the most sincere of consideration for inclusion in the abovementioned event. Really. Anything at all. Anything! Well, almost. I hereby end this proclamation with my royal seal.
