Wanders into the kingdom 
*who was that masked man ?* asked one subject....
*Dunno, I was too busy wondering where my purse went* said another....
Suave, sophisticated, handsome, independantly wealthy (money just seems to drop into his hands 
) Always ready with a smile or a laugh... (usually at someone else's expense) He is variously described by those who know him as 'bad company', the 'wrong crowd',
'that sort of boy', and 'Harlequin you utter, utter, utter b*****d'.
'Sell Sword', 'Mercenary', 'Duellist', 'Wolf's Head', Pirate, and Highwayman are amongst my previous job descriptions. But I am presently between senten.... er I mean engagements.

Greetings Harlequin... I hope you are well met. I should, I feel, point out that the Kingdom is a place well suited to n'er do wells, as there is no money, no fear, and I, the King, am by a long way the most (potentially) evil being in existence... though by and large I am friendly. 
How do you like our fair Kingdom?

tis a fair kingdom indeed, a veritable land of opportunity 
you misunderstand me though, evil is not necessary, I am good natured, I just get a bad press, I come from a broken home, my parents misunderstood me, and I never dun those murders... I was somewhere else, no one saw me can't prove nuthin'
