Welcome my friends to the show that never ends....
the one you call life. I am Harlequin and here is my home. It is a world of opposites and equals, diction and contradiction, light and dark, law and chaos, and of course love and hate. Me, myself, I, am Jack of all trades, yet master of none. Servant I am, yet master of my own destiny am I. Some take me for a fool, yet they become the fools who are taken.Pheew ! Right got the spiel out of the way, sorry it's a Harlequin thing. Well who am I ?.... read the heading dope, sheesh ! Ok, so besides the quick wits, drop dead gorgeous looks, agility, natty dress sense and er..what was the other thing..... ah yes ! Modesty, who am I ?
Well I'm a friend to all, and enemy to none, a roving eye but a heart of gold. I'm not malicious but I have an evil streak. I have my dreams but lack direction.
Confusing huh ? Well walk a mile in these shoes buddy, it's not easy being me, maybe one day I'll get the hang of it. Till then here I am, the rents cheap and the company is good.
