*brings back arm, and swings it round in roughly circular arc, arm kept straight*
*just as ball released, tries to flick wrist sirt of over the ball, hoping to impart a degree of spin on the ball*

*ball leaves hand, arm follows through*

*ball lands 3 feet or so from crease, just outside leg stump*

...

*paddles around corner on leg side*

A wicket is what we try to get the ball through when we play croquet.

A crease in what?

And I know my legs are stumpy, but why are you trying to land the ball just outside them?
