How did it go then? Was your weather a bit damp and miserable, or did that not affect teh audience numbers?

The cathedral was pretty full - not entirely packed but there were at least 1,000 people there.
The performance was great - personally I found the orchestra was a bit quiet, but it was organised by a guy who is leader of the National Symphony Orchestra, so I presume he knows more about it than me.
The whole event was spectacular, and as predicted we got our standing ovation at the end, although undoubtedly some people were standing only to get out the door quickly.
