Very well done.
I'm self confident when I forget to doubt myself.
I was trying to create a dynamic image when I named this ID; I'm more Dynamic online than in real life. (Glad to see it worked)
If you care for astrology you may find it amusing to know that I have the same birthday as Canada's most flamboyant Prime Minister.
I like music, and feel it in my bones. In fact I'm so sensitive to musical vibrations that overly loud bass literally jars me to the bone.

Cheers, Dinah.
I don't care much for astrology, but I do play the bass guitar though. I'll turn it up a bit just for you next time!
How about you having a go at my name?
Variants have been:
Ommigosh the Clouded Visionary.
Ommmigosh
Ommigosh the Awestruck Pilgrim

Ommigosh, sounds sort of like Oh my Gosh. (Gosh is for people who don't believe in God, did you know that?) An expression of surprise, so I'm guessing you either like providing surprises, or being surprised.
I also get the impression you don't take religion too seriosly.
Ommigosh the Clouded Visionary, I like that one seems like an oxymoron on the surface. Perhaps you see things differently from other people, but not too clearly.
Ommigosh the Awestruck Pilgrim, not sure what to make of this one.

Cheers Dinah,
>I'm guessing you either like providing surprises, or being surprised.
I am constantly surprised at people and the things they do! It is one of the things which makes life interesting.
It is nice to spring pleasant surprises on people from time to time too.
>I also get the impression you don't take religion too seriosly.
My faith is important to me although, for me, formal "religion" is not really nearly such a big thing is it used to be it must be said.
>Perhaps you see things differently from other people, but not too clearly.
Yep, I do tend to see things differently from others a lot of the time (this can be seen as a gift or a drawback!). I am particularly good at spectaculary missing the point but picking up on something important which someone else might miss.
Thanks. Not bad at all!!!

Hi Grey Area,
Welcome to h2g2! I hope you enjoy your time here.
I think "Grey area" is a phrase used to describe a situation in which there are no clear-cut rules and where uncertainty reigns. Perhaps you chose this name to convey a sense of mystery and to imply that with you, anything might be possible. You like secrecy. Perhaps you like to bend (or possibly ignore) the rules to seize opportunities which others miss because they conform to the rules too much.
Grey can be used to indicate old age but maybe this does not apply here as it is only half of the name.
How's that? All wrong?
Why don't you have a go at analysing someone else's name?
Analysis, please

Dear Name Researcher,
My given name is spimcoot and I'll give you a clue gratis:
In my (lower) case I am not a web adept, nor trying to look like one.

Hmm, I wonder if that guestbook thingy was a bad idea...
Ok - mikeel... Someone called Mike, Michelle {doom GUY, so not Michelle...} , Mick, or some similar name, I reckon, and just elaborated on it a little for the web. Either that or some horrendous in-joke I'm never going to get...
DoomGuy - the game 'Doom'? Coupled with Baud_rate... Reminds me of handles like 'RasterMan' in the linux world. Perhaps someone who works with computers? Or just someone who has been involved in the internet for a fair time now. That also fits with the names becoming more technically orientated as time goes on, come to that.
So, I reckon a 30yr old male, intelligent, been on the internet for a couple of years. Not a person who would normally believe in any of the name analysis rubbish, but giving it a shot because, hey, it's free!

Martin Harper Posted Aug 11, 2001
Hmm, the eighth girl... one of octuplets... that's pretty far fetched, eh? This lady was the youngest girl in a (Catholic?) family of eight, and has always been rather insecure about that. I sense a definate element of sibling rivalry here. The fact that 'eight' is uncapitalised kind of reinforces that impression of a demure, rather shy individual. A fragile little flower, it seems.

I dunno if this is kosher but i dont care. ~This is my second posting for the same name analysis, as my first one was so dorkish&boring&etc., & naive, based as it was on the really, fabulously, vastly hugely yet insignificantly
mind-bogglingly tedium inducing basic format of the name posting guide.
You surely cannot resist my name any more - it has so many connotations, especially to the English of A Certain Age. I'd love to hear from anyone as to how it strikes them (not too much superciliousness please - perish the thought). I've been on the web since 1994, Sorry I didn't realise I had to ignore Upper Case to establish my credentials.
You can see at least that I'm Gemini - double posting - double everything -and I've probably given away the rest on My Space.
Love to everybody, especially anyone who cares to answer this,
Grime

Oh, and hey, the pink polkadot elephants say thier sorry about the $50, they needed some beer after a battle against some genetically altered house spiders. Oh and the crickets say stop it.
