*Ducks the incoming slice of lemon which manages to find it's way to Linus' other eye*
Oh, good shot that man!

Gwennie Posted Nov 23, 2000
I don't reciprocate in "that manner" young Linus...I have to carry my own health warning you know (me disrobed is not a pretty sight)!
Crossed Purposes: Nov. 2000
Kes Posted Nov 23, 2000
Sorry Linus!
*Grabs handful of ice cubes and marches towards Gwennie ...*
Crossed Purposes: Nov. 2000
Gwennie Posted Nov 23, 2000
Errr...Now come on chaps! Can't a girl have a bit of fun?
*Looks worried and wonders whether she can manage a mad dash to the ladies where she can hide*

*Her cane catches Kes and he falls all in a heap over her and Gwennie. The ice lands on LInus's head.*
Ouch!

Linus...42, i guess that makes me the answer... Posted Nov 23, 2000
*realises this is out of the question as Kes and Linus are now aproaching her in a V formation so as not to get hit in any crossfire *

*Sees two men coming at her with torn shirts and wild expressions in their eyes and she clutches Gwennie's arm*
I think we've died and gone to heaven!

Damn similpost
*reaches down to help everyone up, ends up with two handfuls of clothes, none of which seems to belong to Kes*
Crossed Purposes: Nov. 2000
Gwennie Posted Nov 23, 2000
*Lies at the bottom of a pile of bodies and ice cubes where she manages to wriggle to freedom*
Hah! Now, where's the ladies...
*Stands up, slips on a ice cube and crashes into Linus, spilling his beer on his lap and trips over Mari-Rae's sprawled arm before finally loosing her balance and knocking Linus off his chair on her way down*
Oops!
*At this point, Gwennie's three dogs are awoken by the commotion and join in the fray, thinking it is a game*
Spike! No! Don't do that! Rude dog!
*Spike has a hold of Linus' left leg and is feeling amorous*
Crossed Purposes: Nov. 2000
Kes Posted Nov 23, 2000
*Kes picks up the ice bucket as he advances, offers it to Linus, so he can reload, and moves to just out of arms' reach of the ladies ....*
Crossed Purposes: Nov. 2000
Kes Posted Nov 23, 2000
*... just as one of the dogs grabs his ankle and pulls him over. He throws the ice bucket vaguely in the direction of the "enemy" *
Crossed Purposes: Nov. 2000
Gwennie Posted Nov 23, 2000
*Thinks that now would be a time to make a diplomatic retreat and return to her cottage with her dogs before the landlord returns to find the pub in a mess*
It's 5.20 a.m. here chaps and I hereby admit defeat (and defence). Catch you both tomorrow, hopefully and I'll leave you both to clean up all the mess...
*Retrieves her enthusiastic pooches although Spike seems very reluctant to leave Linus's left leg and heads for the door*
Toodlepipski!
Crossed Purposes: Nov. 2000
Kes Posted Nov 23, 2000
*Looks round, vainly hoping to find a clean dry shirt ...*

My brand-new Tidy-this-sh**-up-with-a-LEGO-bot will do it!
*E sets o-O onto the floor
Machine goes: >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>o-O*
