Hehehe ... giving it your best "shot" ? Ringo got to sing one song ... early on, didn't he? I think it was called "this boy"?

NO... but that was also referred to as RINGO'S Theme...
"Matchbox" is an early one... and "I Wanna Be Your Man"...

Everything but running around and being noisy is appropriate to a library...

Well, I shall wait for the completion of the Dance Hall ... for now, having one quiet place is rather nice, don't you think?
*A few alert books sit up and listen more closely ...*

Oh dear! Christmas Cactus needs watering...
*starts to move around in the garden to check the situation, seems to be a little worried*
I should not stay offline for 3 days, I think next time I have to ask somebody to take care of the cacti when I'm away.

I was afraid of over-watering them - I'd heard somewhere that they do not need much water. How often should they be watered?
Hatifnat's Cactus Study Garden
Hati Posted Nov 20, 2000
Usually I water most of them once a month in winter-time, some twice. But Christmas Cactus is in blossom so it needs to be watered in every 3 days or so. And somewhile it needs fertilizer (is this a correct word?), too.

Kes Posted Nov 20, 2000
Yes, fertilizer is the right word. Slow release fertilizer, I assume?
Hatifnat's Cactus Study Garden
Hati Posted Nov 20, 2000
I need to use fertilizer (awful word) for making the cactus stronger. Here's not enough light for it, it's not a greenhouse with exact temperature etc, so it just may drop the flowers if it doesn't like something. And yes, it lasts longer on fertilizers.

I see! I'm afraid I am not a good gardener - I have not enough spare time ... but I could water the cacti in here next time you go away ... just make sure I have the exact instructions!
