The Spring Fever Issue
Lots to read this week.
First the much anticipated Part 3 of Pythia's adventures
You can find links there to Part 1 and 2 if you haven't read the story so far.
Spring hath sprung and we want to make sure you have access
to the full spectrum of the season's possibilities.
Let's start with a love poem:
Now that the sap is running and young men's hearts are turning to flights of fancy
it seems appropriate to review this handy and inspirational glossary of terms
compiled by one of h2g2's most dedicated and delicious researchers:
Because Spring brings rebirth and freshness and the promise of new life,
our minds inevitably turn to the new researchers, also known as newbies.
Here is a quick peek at some old h2g2 stuff that will help bring you up to speed
on the sort of thing that goes on around here.
First a not so old issue of the CAC Continuum from just about one year ago
which featured some really great sci-fi writing by Graham Theexwinger:
And finally one of my own Letters To Whom It May Concern from more than two years ago
which so astutely predicted the rise of sci-fi cults into formal religious organisations.
This week's CAC Continuum was researched and assembled by ~jwf~
as part of the Committee for Alien Content's Continuing search for truth
and a wider audience.
