OK. You'll notice that the dial is made of a special alloy and resembles an old fashioned analogue style rotary telephone dial. By dialing the word H-E-R-O on the dial you become a randomly chosen super-hero. Reversion to normality is achieved by dialing O-R-E-H. It's simple.
