I don't actually think it's allowed - it's all so blatant isn't it. Waltzing in like he owns the place, setting explosives without a bye or leave. I may write to the Times about this
*consults rule book*

*looks at Skullock placing charges*
Oh My God!!! Is that what I think it is???
*Runs over to the plastic explosives*
Play-Doh!!! I Haven't seen this stuff in Years!!!
*Starts moulding explosives into a cute little bunny, and accidentally arms the bomb...*

[Justins mum]: Justin! Stop playing with that and give it back to the nice man!
[Justin]: Sorry mum...
*Hands now armed explosives to Skullock, then retreats to the other side of the thread*

*reading rule book*
.... sub-clause 36.b, Section IX, para 2 - ".... when arming explosive bunny rabbits always be sure to hand them over to the nearest villain prior to detonation. It is good Heroic practice to ensure a safety gap exists between the position of the explosive device and the position of yourself."
Good work Justin - exemplary

Bah, All you heroic types ruining my fun!
*Tosses the explosive to the nearest hero that looks like the kind of person who might have eaten playdough as a child.*
Here you go, Knock your self out. (heh heh heh)
*Glances around and notices that he was to busy waiting to be noticed to notice that the rest of the villians had left him.*
*Sighs quietly to him.*
Say, one of you fine fellows wouldn't happen to have a phone I could barrow would you? And you can't say no if you do, I know you Hero types are bound by codes of conduct. So how about you help a poor guy who's down un his luck. We're all just trying to make a living here...
*continues on giving a speech and rambling on with out stopping*
...And so that's why one large kidney is better than two smaller seperate ones...
*Starts to get out a slide projector and sets up to show his last family vacation, giving the heros a chance to submit to his demands of a telephone so long as they haven't fallen asleep.*

[Yar] I'm technically not a Hero, but I think the likeliest outcome to this is "somebody set up us the bomb."

So it's agreed then - we give him a HERO dial and see what happens. Any votes against ?
