I really enjoyed this Entry - good work!
Just one quick point/question - wasn't Jeannie deomted to fiancee in the remake in order to allow a will they/won't they/old fiancee still around but dead sub-plot between Jeff and Jeannie?
Matt

Yes indeed. In fact, I really ought to write more in general about the 2000 series. The chemistry between Jeannie and Jeff was ramped up something rotten.

Great entry! Would it be out of place to mention the white suit at all? I read somewhere that the original ended up covered in little blobs of tippex because it kept getting dirty.
Didn't the original Hopkirk end up in EastEnders for a bit or something?

"Kenneth Cope (Marty) was in Brookside, not EastEnders"
I knew EastEnders wasn't right! It's all coming back to me now.

Is this the place to mention that I had a white suit - and briefly I was nick-named Hopkirk ?
OK I'll shut up then.
Up to your usual standard Kerr.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

Bugger me, candidate for fastest through the editing process? The Edited version is showing as 'pending' in my list already
