We had a spot of bother with the late licence (council being arsy) so when you get to the Derby Turn, you'll be given a name badge. Wear it, for God's sake. It'll have a name on it. That name may not, technically, be your name. I had to do the list in a hurry last night and I couldn't think of all your names so some of them are umm, 'best guesses' . Just write your h2g2 name underneath it. Everyone clear? Good.

Sadly no, you can't, because I had to do a list for the local court last night, and I didn't put Tony Curtis on the list, so he can't come in

I've found out today that I've *got* to take another two and a half days off work before the end of this month, so I've got Monday off to recover. I expect I'll stay for brekkie on Sunday, lunch, dinner, brekkie again on Monday, lunch again, and then think about leaving if that's ok Kerr.

Badges? Ok. Can I bring my one from the h2g2 meets? The one with handcuffs? I've still got a couple lying around.

You can, but you've got to wear this one too. Sorry, for some reason they were most insistent on it, and promised a visit from the blue-bottles to make sure we were wearing them. One would think they'd have better things to do, but still.

I'll have to come home on Sunday, I've got a feeling my son wants to see me (it being mum's day and all that). But feeling welcome to hang around a bit sobering up will be cool, ta.

Would the following doobry off the rail web stie whatsit be likely to affect my jorney?::
Engineering works taking place between Darlington and Durham
Train services will be diverted via Eaglescliffe and Stockton adding approximately 1 hour to journey time

Would that affect the Chesterfield to Burton-on-trent bit? or the Ely to Chesterfield? I relaly am hopeless at geogrpahy

No. If you get to Darlington or Durham, then you've gone the wrong way. Very the wrong way. Durham is near Newcastle.
