I would but, being a maybe, will have a hunt for B&Bs etc. Or campsites. Hmmm, that's a thought.

You don't want to camp in Burton in September. And the nearest campsite I can think of is miles away. It's not really a camping sort of place (bits of it are pretty camp though). Tell you what, bring a sleeping bag and I'll make sure there's floor space available. There's enough room!

I've tried Googling the festival and all I can find is the one from January. Have you got a link kicking about?

Um, no. I'm going to the town hall tonight to get a flyer, which I'll scan and link to. Burton CAMRA are crap at doing web stuff.

At least they apologise for not updating since, ahem, 2004.
Still, they've got better things to do...

Phil Posted Aug 8, 2006
Can I even have an amount of space (size needed, about me sized) even.
Crashing space
Kerr_Avon - hunting stray apostrophes and gutting poorly parsed sentences Posted Aug 8, 2006
You certainly can have the space - but you're not taking the floor with you!
Best bring a sleeping bag.
Available is:
1 double put-up
1 reasonable size sofa
X amount of floor space.
You can fight among yourselves as to who gets what.

So I'm assuming that so far I have
Definately:
Mu Beta
GeeDee
Phil
and Maybe:
Roymondo
Okay, that's cool. Plenty of space for that.

Plus Hostile 17 and Strangelittlegirl. They get the double bed.
Anyone else wanting to stay get their requests in fast - floor space becoming a premimum.

Err, yes. Right that's six.
BS and SLG in the front bed room.
There's nothing in the front downstairs room, so sleep mats and cushions all over the floor in there for the rest of you.
Actually, given that that room's virtually empty, there's probably space for more, it'll just be cosy.

Quick re-posting of last year's 'House Rules'
Rules for my house, I shall post them once, and only once:
The house is a tip. Deal with it.
We smoke. Deal with it
The dog is possibly bigger than you and almost certainly more stupid.
It only responds to 'fxck off'. We're not polite enough to teach it 'go away'.
Don't touch the armoury, unless you know how to use the object you're prodding.
Make lots of and you will be loved.

Remarkably sensible house rules.

Err, just about. Bugger knows where I'm going to put you all, but we''ll work something out. Do bring sleeping bags!

Kerr, ta darlin'
If space is a problem we're quite happy to stay in a nearby B&B (If such a thing existeth...) but it would be more fun with you lot.

Should be all right. There's eight staying - BS and SLG got first dibs on the sapre room, so that leaves six. I'm fairly sure six will fit okay just in the front room - if not there's always over-spill into the living room.
Can I suggest that anyone that's got camp mats brings them. I've gt some and some cushoins, but the floor will still be pretty hard.
